General Purpose Vector Control Low Voltage Drive is composed of 3 main parts:
Rectifier Inverter Control system
Low-voltage (LV) drives are designed to operate at output voltages equal to or less than 690 V and power from several watts to megawatts.
The low-voltage inverter uses three-phase rectification on the input side, DC bus filtering and energy storage, and the three-phase inverter circuit outputs power supplies of different frequencies, control the motor speed and torque by outputting different frequencies.

Instantaneous power failure function
This function means that the inverter will not stop during an instantaneous power failure. in the case of aninstantaneous power failure or a sudden voltage drop, the inverter will reduce its output speed and feedback energy through the load to compensate for the voltage drop to maintain the inverters short-termoperation.

Thermal reliability of the inverter
Using efficient and accurate thermal simulation platform software to ensure the thermal reliability of the wholemachine.All HIC530 series inverters must undergo thermal simulation tests. Only within the range of thermalsimulation safety design requirements, can the actual prototype be developed.The thermal design is testedby scientific simulation, with high accuracy, fast efficiency, and good stability. Especially in the state of severallines of testing, therma simulation can replace the actual load test simulation,which is equivalent to anadditional layer of scientific thermal inspection.
Temperature rise test of the inverter
The temperature rise test of the whole machine adopts the most stringent cyclic overload specificationverification inspection, which meets the long-term reliable operation under extreme load conditions.
