Overseas sales manager
Responsible for VFD product (service) sales, develop and maintenance customer relationship.
Participate commercial negotiation, draft tender documents which including technical and business part.
Establish overseas sales department sales strategy and achieve the sales goal.
Assist director frame the sales plan and organize implementation
Cooperate with other departments within own company
Market study and analysis VFD situation , competitor information, identify business opportunity ,
Participate industry exhibition and other marketing events in order to extend company influence within the automation industry
Overseas project technical support engineer
Providing post-sales telephone and electronic support to customers and partners.
Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, alerts and prioritizing customers support needs.
Provide initial troubleshooting and support
Resolve customer support issues and provide customer with a solution, via troubleshooting techniques.
Provide basic technical trainings to customers, resellers, distributors and internal staff
Complete documentation and follow up on all commitments and customer details.
Adhere to customer support policies and processes.
Responding after office hour calls support (7*24H telephone support).
Respond for collecting product quality information.
